Job summary

JPMorgan Asset & Wealth Management seeks a VP of Product Development within Wealth Management Solutions to lead fee-based advisory products for multiple distribution channels. The role emphasizes strong asset-class knowledge, stakeholder influence, and end-to-end product lifecycle management across PM, legal, compliance, and technology teams.

The candidate should have a track record of launching new channels or products, experience across multi-asset classes, and excellent communication skills

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with product experience in wealth management, asset management, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience with investment products and asset classes, with a preference for multi-asset class solutions and derivatives.
• Proven track record in designing and launching investment products and channels.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely to partners and senior leaders.
• Team-oriented with ability to influence across functional areas and seniority.
• Analytical, data-driven, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proactive communicator with a self-starter mentality.
• Advanced degree preferred, CFA/CAIA/CFP, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to design and structure new offerings or enhance existing capabilities.
• Independently lead product launches across investment management, channels, and support teams.
• Provide subject matter expertise on offerings across committees and forums.
• Lead efforts to consolidate products and streamline offerings for revenue growth.
• Coordinate across lines for unified client experience on launches and changes.
