Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced professional to lead all phases of the product development life-cycle for proprietary mutual funds within the Six Circles complex. You will partner with CIO and sub-advisers to design, launch, and manage strategies, ensuring regulatory alignment and scalable portfolio construction.

The role requires 7+ years in financial services, deep knowledge of mutual funds, and strong cross-functional leadership, with emphasis on innovation and risk management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in product development of 1940 Act investment vehicles (mutual funds, ETFs).
• Strong knowledge of mutual funds and other managed investment products and their regulatory frameworks.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives including product launches or regulatory change implementations.
• Ability to provide thought leadership on investment product design and platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the product development life-cycle for new mutual fund launches, including feasibility analysis and end-to-end implementation.
• Provide strategic guidance on investment solutions and platform evolution with CIO and sub-advisers.
• Drive development of new investment strategies and product enhancements across the Six Circles platform.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Middle Office, and Fund Administration to support ongoing product management.
• Lead initiatives promoting innovation, efficiency, and platform evolution.
• Develop and manage cross-functional project plans coordinating stakeholders across regulatory and governance initiatives.
• Manage relationships with sub-advisers and service providers to ensure successful product implementation.
