The role focuses on developing Private Client Advisors at scale through practice management concepts, tools, and structured experiences. You will partner with field leadership to translate divisional priorities into a forward-looking development strategy, identify gaps, and influence program design and messaging for large audiences in both virtual and in-person

Qualificações

• 10+ years of broad business experience, preferably wealth management.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence across markets and teams.
• Expertise in practice management development and scalable coaching.
• Exceptional writing and executive communication for leadership.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills for large audiences.
• FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 are required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee AGP Advisor Performance: track progress and outcomes with alignment to priorities.
• Deliver Large-Group Presentations & Facilitate Development: lead high-impact sessions for 100+ participants.
• Design and Execute Learning & Development Initiatives: plan scalable programs like national calls and workshops.
• Partner with Field Leadership: equip leaders with tools, messaging, and frameworks.
• Provide Program Updates to Stakeholders: deliver timely performance readouts to divisional leadership.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate resources and remove barriers for cohesive development.
• Support Strategic Planning for Advisor Development: help translate goals into roadmaps and priorities.
• Ensure Alignment to Divisional Objectives: keep activities linked to broader goals and outcomes.
