Chase is seeking a Divisional Program Lead for the Advisor Growth Program to develop Private Client Advisors at scale through practice management concepts, tools, and structured development experiences. This role partners with field leadership to translate priorities into a clear development strategy across markets, regions, and divisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad business experience, preferably within wealth management.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence across markets and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in practice management development and scalable coaching.
• Exceptional writing and executive communication skills.
• Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities.
• FINRA licenses: Series 7 and Series 66 required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AGP Advisor Performance: track progress and outcomes to improve impact.
• Deliver Large-Group Presentations & Facilitate Development: lead sessions for 100+ participants.
• Design and Execute Learning & Development Initiatives: plan scalable development experiences.
• Partner with Field Leadership: equip leaders with tools, messaging, and frameworks.
• Provide Program Updates to Stakeholders: deliver updates and readouts to divisional leadership.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate across teams to align resources.
• Support Strategic Planning for Advisor Development: contribute to divisional plans and roadmaps.
• Ensure Alignment to Divisional Objectives: maintain link between activities and outcomes.
