The role partners with field leadership to translate priorities into a clear development strategy across markets, regions, and divisions, with strong public speaking and facilitation to engage large audiences in virtual and in-person settings.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of broad business experience, preferably within wealth management.
• Demonstrated leadership and influence across markets, regions, and cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in practice management development and scalable coaching.
• Exceptional writing and executive communication skills for leadership and field audiences.
• Strong presentation and facilitation capabilities for large audiences.

Responsibilities

• Oversee AGP Advisor Performance: track progress and outcomes, identify opportunities to improve impact.
• Deliver Large-Group Presentations & Facilitate Development: lead high-impact sessions for large audiences.
• Design and Execute Learning & Development Initiatives: plan scalable development experiences.
• Partner with Field Leadership: equip leaders with tools, messaging, and frameworks.
• Provide Program Updates to Stakeholders: deliver clear updates and recommendations.
