Job summary

JPMorgan Chase, New York, NY, seeks a Vice President for Client Skills Training and Practice Management within the US Private Bank. You will collaborate with senior leaders across Private Bank, shaping how elite Advisors grow their businesses while owning programs end-to-end from concept to impact assessment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in learning design, facilitation, coaching, consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong facilitation presence and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience in financial services, ideally wealth management/private banking, or a performance-driven front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver Client Skills Programs that directly support Private Bank Advisor effectiveness in real client situations.
• Translate business priorities into practical learning experiences, tools, and frameworks used in the field.
• Facilitate high-energy, high-credibility sessions for Advisors and senior stakeholders.
• Partner with Private Bank leadership, Business Management, and HR to identify skills gaps and design solutions that move performance.
• Own programs end-to-end from concept and design through facilitation, iteration, and impact assessment.
