Job summary

Performance Trust, a Chicago-based investment bank, seeks a VP/Director, Structuring – Capital Markets, to join its New York team. The role focuses on structuring, modeling, and executing complex transactions across RMBS, ABS, and CMBS, with fluency in Intex Dealmaker and related tools.

You will build cash flow models, assess alternatives, and support live closings in a fast-paced environment, working in person in NYC while coordinating with lenders, legal, and compliance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or quantitative field.
• 4–7+ years in Intex structuring and cash flow modeling.
• Experience with securitization, ABS, RMBS, CMBS, CLOs.
• Ability to build detailed cash flow models with accuracy.
• Comfort with large, detailed datasets and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and maintain cash flow models for structured transactions.
• Use Intex Dealmaker to create complex structures and collateral cashflows.
• Evaluate structural alternatives and execution tradeoffs in real time.
• Review collateral, waterfalls, and credit enhancements for accuracy.
• Translate modeling outputs into actionable internal insights for deal teams.
