Performance Trust Capital Partners seeks a highly analytical Vice President or Director, Structuring, to join our Capital Markets team in New York. You will design, analyze, and execute complex structured transactions, building detailed cash flow models and evaluating structural alternatives in real time.

Ideal candidates bring deep securitization expertise, fluency with Intex Dealmaker, strong Excel and data skills, and the ability to coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, statistics, accounting, or a quantitative discipline.
• 4–7+ years in Intex structuring, cash flow modeling, securitization or related capital markets work.
• Ability to build and interpret detailed cash flow models with high accuracy.
• Experience with Rating Agencies (DBRS, KBRA, S&P, Moody’s) to size/optimize deals.
• Strong Excel and AI prompting skills; comfortable with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and maintain cash flow models for RMBS, ABS, CMBS structures.
• Use Intex Dealmaker to model complex rated and non-rated structures and collateral cashflows.
• Support live deal execution with real-time evaluation of structure alternatives.
• Review collateral, waterfalls, triggers, credit enhancements, and legal inputs for consistency.
• Translate modeling outputs into clear internal insights for deal teams.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets on timelines, closings, and high-volume periods.
• Develop modeling templates and tools to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct QC on assumptions, outputs, and inputs to identify risks.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations to ensure accurate data in workflows.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing on structuring methodologies and tools.
