Morningstar DBRS in New York seeks a highly skilled structured finance professional at the Assistant Vice President or Vice President level to lead cash flow modeling for new-issue, amendment and surveillance transactions.

You will develop and maintain models using Intex Dealmaker, interpret transaction documentation, present findings to rating committees and mentor junior analysts in a fast-paced, global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative discipline.
• Approximately 4–10 years of structured finance experience with hands-on cash flow modeling.
• Strong understanding of securitization structures, cash flow waterfalls and credit analysis.
• Proficiency with Intex products, especially Dealmaker/Calc and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and run cash flow models using Intex Dealmaker for new-issue, amendments and surveillance transactions.
• Independently model complex securitization structures and nonstandard features.
• Review transaction documentation and translate waterfall mechanics into accurate models.
• Present analysis to senior team and rating committees; communicate assumptions clearly.
• Collaborate with Ratings Analysts and junior staff; mentor teammates.
