Morningstar DBRS in New York seeks an experienced structured finance professional to join the Global Structured Finance Cash Flow Analytics team at the Assistant Vice President or Vice President level. The role focuses on developing, running and analyzing cash flow models for diverse securitization transactions, guiding junior staff and interfacing with Ratings Analysts.

You will work with Intex Dealmaker, Calc and other platforms, interpreting complex documentation and communicating results

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Approximately 4–10 years of structured finance experience with hands-on cash flow modeling.
• Strong understanding of securitization structures, cash flow waterfalls and credit analysis.
• Experience with Intex products (Dealmaker/Calc) is highly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain and run cash flow models for new-issue, amendment and surveillance transactions.
• Independently model complex securitization structures and new asset classes.
• Review transaction documents and translate waterfall mechanics into accurate models.
• Present cash flow findings to senior analysts and committees and mentor junior staff.
