Job summary

OpenTalent seeks a Digital Risk and Control Manager - VP to drive risk management and control oversight for digital banking products and experiences. You will support Product Managers in transforming digital experiences, advising on operational risks, and enabling teams to deliver AI-powered products while safeguarding safety, stability, and resilience.

Qualifications

8+ years of risk & controls management or relatable experience.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Strong ability to evaluate adequacy of business risk and control environment in technical scenarios.

Responsibilities

Oversee risk and controls as first line of defense across the digital product ecosystem.
Develop and execute control strategies for technology builds with stakeholders.
Foster partnership and educate teams on control obligations and risk posture.
Lead end-to-end execution of CORE and embed controls in the product lifecycle.
Motivate and develop the team to minimize loss, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk.
Identify, quantify, and manage business risks and root causes.
Collaborate with product teams to create risk management solutions for better customer experience.
Advise partners on risk identification and control design for AI-enabled products.
Succeed in highly agile environments delivering value amidst uncertainty.
