Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a visionary VP, Technology & Digital Product Delivery for Global Professional. You will lead platform strategy, product delivery, and compliance across AI-enabled digital subscriptions, working with internal and external partners.

The role reports to the Group VP for Medical Education and oversees Product Management, Delivery Management, UXD, and UXR functions. This remote role is open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of deep experience in technical product delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of educational technology and medical/engineering learning sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of compliance standards (HIPAA, GDPR/CCPA/VCDPA/CPA, FERPA, WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Experience restructuring teams to align with strategy and market needs.

Responsibilities

• Own the platform strategy and product delivery, prioritization, and standards compliance.
• Lead Product Management, UXD, and UXR functions and teams.
• Drive data analytics capabilities and future technical strategy.
• Shape roadmap, budget, and content strategy for digital products and platforms.
• Engage with C-suite, ELT, and business stakeholders on initiatives and KPIs.
• Champion new technologies and AI-driven approaches in medical education.
