Job summary

JPMorganChase, a leading global financial services firm, is seeking a Vice President on the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team based in New York. You will originate, structure and execute infrastructure finance transactions across energy, power, digital infrastructure and transportation, with a focus on the Americas.

As part of a multidisciplinary coverage group, you will develop client relationships, manage due diligence, lead financial modeling and collaborate with debt capital markets,

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience.
• Experience with infrastructure finance transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial products including bank loans, bonds, rates, and structured products.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Self-starter who takes initiative and anticipates deal team needs.
• Willingness to work hard and be a team player.
• Ability to juggle deliverables for long-term transactions and day-to-day schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings, and equity and debt advisory, focusing primarily on transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure in the US.
• Responsibilities will include structuring, contract negotiation, due diligence, consultant management and leading credit ratings processes
• Oversee the development of financial models
• Lead credit risk and other internal approval processes
• Assist product teams in structuring hedging products
• Work with coverage and relationship bankers to pitch for new engagements and develop client relationships.
• Conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities
