Job summary

ING Financial Services LLC in New York City seeks a Vice President of Infrastructure Finance to originate, structure, and underwrite large-scale infrastructure financings across the Americas. You will leverage sector expertise, credit judgment, and execution skills to deliver complex projects.

The role requires 5+ years in infrastructure finance, concession/PPP/P3 know-how, and strong communication. Collaboration with coverage, execution, and product teams is essential, alongside mentoring

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant financial experience, preferably within infrastructure.
• Specialized knowledge in concession/PPP/P3 project financing, NAV-based financings, infrastructure lending.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute new infrastructure transactions.
• Drive the credit process from inception to financial close.
• Structure and execute straightforward transactions including due diligence, negotiations, and documentation.
• Engage with Debt Capital Markets, Research and other partners to cover the transaction.
• Process amendments, waivers, and approvals per ING policies.
• Lead creation of origination narratives and client pitches.
