Job summary

Delmar Nord in New York is seeking a Senior Associate to structure, execute, and monitor project finance deals for digital infrastructure clients. You will be a key day-to-day contact on live transactions, mentoring juniors and advancing client ownership with Vice Presidents and Directors.

The role requires 3–5 years in project or infrastructure finance, strong modeling skills, and direct experience with data centers, fiber, or towers.

Qualifications

3–5 years in project/infrastructure finance within an investment bank, commercial bank, or infrastructure fund.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant master's degree a plus but not required at this level.
Direct experience with digital infrastructure assets (data center, fiber, tower) preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead financial modeling for project finance transactions, including cash flow models and debt sizing.
Prepare credit papers, information memoranda, and internal approval documents.
Coordinate due diligence with legal counsel, technical advisers, insurance consultants, and engineers.
Support negotiation of term sheets, credit agreements, and intercreditor arrangements.
Manage relationships with sponsors, developers, hyperscale tenants, and co‑lenders.
Monitor portfolio credits post close, including covenant compliance and reviews.
Contribute to market coverage, sector research, and client presentations.
Supervise Analysts, providing technical guidance and feedback.
