JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a VP for the Infrastructure Finance and Advisory team based in New York.

The role focuses on originating, structuring, and executing bank and bond financings for power/energy and digital infrastructure projects across the Americas, with collaboration across M&A, debt capital markets, and derivatives teams. The candidate will manage deal execution, financial modeling, and credit ratings processes, while building client relationships and delivering tailored

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/infrastructure finance experience.
• Experience with infrastructure finance transactions in Power/Energy and/or Digital Infrastructure.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and financial products (loans, bonds, rates, structured products).
• Strong analytical skills and a self-starter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of deal execution for bank and bond financings, and advisory, focusing on Power/Energy and Digital Infrastructure in the US.
• Structure, negotiate contracts, perform due diligence, and oversee credit ratings processes.
• Oversee development of financial models and lead internal approval processes.
• Assist product teams in structuring hedging products.
• Develop client relationships and pitch for new engagements with coverage and relationship bankers.
