Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking a VP, Product - Corporate Actions - Digital Assets in NYC to lead strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital assets products. You will partner with engineering, legal, risk, and sales to deliver compliant, scalable solutions for affluent clients and enterprise channels.

You will drive go-to-market plans, oversee product performance, and evolve the portfolio in a fast-changing digital asset landscape, maintaining executive-level collaboration and client focus.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management, leading complex products or platforms from strategy through execution in wealth management or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets and market infrastructure (custody, trading, wallets, settlement).
• Experience launching regulated investment products for affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to define product vision and roadmap for advisor-enabled digital asset investing.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital assets products.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, and regulatory developments to inform product direction.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and launch new products and features aligned with business goals.
• Develop go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Ensure products are operationally ready, scalable, and compliant with risk requirements.
• Monitor product performance and market feedback for continuous improvement.
