Job summary

Innova Solutions invites a VP Product Management - Digital Assets to lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for digital assets offerings in NYC. The role requires deep knowledge of wealth management or private banking and experience launching regulated investment products for affluent clients.

You will collaborate with compliance, risk, and cross-functional teams to drive launches that meet regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in product management leading complex products/platforms from strategy through execution in wealth management, brokerage, or private banking.
• Strong knowledge of digital assets including custody, trading, wallets, settlement, or related capabilities.
• Experience launching regulated investment products for affluent or high-net-worth clients.
• Ability to define product vision and roadmap for advisor-enabled digital asset investing and servicing experiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for digital assets products and capabilities.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, regulatory developments to inform product direction.
• Evaluate, prioritize, and launch new products, features, and enhancements.
• Build business cases including market sizing, ROI analysis, pricing, and commercialization strategy.
• Partner with engineering, operations, legal, compliance, risk, and cross-functional teams through concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Develop go-to-market plans with sales, marketing, and client-facing teams.
• Ensure products are operationally ready, scalable, and compliant with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Monitor product performance, adoption, and market feedback to improve portfolio.
