Job summary

MOrgan Stanley's Wealth Management Platforms in Purchase, NY seeks a Vice President to support the Digital Assets Product Lead in defining and executing the digital assets strategy across Wealth Management.

You will help translate strategic priorities into a clear product narrative, evaluation of opportunities, and decision materials, while collaborating with Technology, Risk, Legal/Compliance, and Operations to scale digital asset capabilities in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant experience in product strategy, product execution, business strategy, platform strategy, consulting, fintech, or related roles within financial services.
• Strong traditional finance foundation across wealth management, broker-dealer platforms, advisory, custody, asset management, banking, capital markets, or regulated financial services platforms.
• Applied digital asset experience through product, strategy, consulting, operating model, infrastructure, regulatory, or platform initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to execute complex cross-functional initiatives in regulated or highly controlled environments.

Responsibilities

• Help define product capabilities, control requirements, operating models, and implementation plans across Technology, Architecture, Risk, Legal/Compliance, Operations, and business partners.
• Own discrete workstreams from discovery through launch readiness, including scope, requirements, stakeholder alignment, and post-launch optimization.
• Provide decision-ready analysis on digital asset topics, translating market developments into practical roadmap recommendations.
