Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Purchase, NY seeks a Vice President to lead Digital Assets Portfolio Management within Wealth Management. You will oversee day-to-day execution with cross-functional partners in Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance, while engaging third-party vendors as needed.

The role requires strong governance, execution discipline, and the ability to produce executive-ready insights and dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, economics, engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
5–7 years of experience in program management, business management, or related fields within financial services.
Ability to manage large cross-functional initiatives and operate in highly regulated environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

Support planning and prioritization for new initiatives within Digital Assets Portfolio.
Manage day-to-day execution across multiple strategic initiatives to meet business objectives.
Develop and maintain integrated portfolio plans with milestones, dependencies, and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams spanning Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and third-party vendors.
Monitor deliverables, escalate issues, and drive execution improvements.
