Job summary
Mastercard is seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Vice President, Digital Asset Payment Solutions to define and build treasury capabilities for digital assets, stablecoins, and emerging payment paradigms. This role sits at the intersection of traditional finance and crypto, partnering across treasury, product, engineering, and external partners to design scalable, compliant treasury frameworks.

Qualifications
- Experience designing and operating crypto-native treasury at global scale.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering.
- Strong strategic thinking with execution discipline.
Responsibilities
- Assess Mastercard's treasury to extend to digital assets and multi-rail settlement.
- Define scalable digital asset treasury operating model balancing efficiency and compliance.
- Develop risk frameworks for market, liquidity, counterparty, and operations.
- Lead external partner management with custodians, exchanges, and issuers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to translate treasury needs into flows.
- Establish governance, limits, and escalation protocols for treasury decisions.
