Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial crime investigations, incl. SAR preparation.
• 3+ years in digital asset investigations or compliance.
• Proven leadership developing teams and delivering outcomes.
• Expert knowledge of banking systems and AML typologies, incl. digital assets.
• Hands-on experience using blockchain analytics tools for tracing activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team across digital asset and fiat AML investigations.
• Produce and communicate risk-focused intelligence to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with data/tech to design monitoring and detection capabilities.
