Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President in Global Financial Crimes Compliance - Digital Asset Intelligence Operations. You will lead a high‑performing team responsible for detecting, investigating, and mitigating ML/TF risks across fiat and digital assets, collaborating with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Legal to design innovative detection approaches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial crime investigations, incl. SARs and digital asset focus.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.
• Strong project management with scalable processes.

Responsibilities

• Coach and upskill the team on on-chain and off-chain risk typologies.
• Produce and maintain reports on key trends and risk drivers.
• Design typologies and build monitoring/detection tools for fiat and digital assets.
• Lead investigations using blockchain analytics and traditional AML platforms.
• Coordinate activities with GFCC, regions, functions, and senior stakeholders.
• Prepare and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) per FinCEN and BSA/AML.
