JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President in Global Financial Crimes Compliance - Digital Asset Intelligence Operations to lead a team that detects, investigates, and mitigates ML/TF risks across fiat and digital assets.

You will collaborate across Risk, Operations, Technology and Legal to design innovative detection approaches and deliver impactful intelligence for blockchain-based products and cross-border activity.

Formación

• 5+ years in financial crime investigations with AML experience.
• Leadership experience coaching investigators and building capabilities.
• Experience delivering process improvements and typology launches.
• Strong knowledge of digital asset typologies and sanctions.
• Hands-on with blockchain tracing and AML tools (e.g., Chainalysis Reactor).

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing team detecting and investigating ML/TF risks across fiat and digital assets.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operations, Technology, and Legal to design detection approaches.
• Produce reporting on trends and recommend mitigations to leadership.
• Lead complex investigations using blockchain analytics and forensic tools.
• Coordinate activities across GFCC, regions, and functions; present findings to senior stakeholders.
