Job summary

Delta Defense LLC, based in Wisconsin, seeks a VP of Digital Acquisition to lead the digital marketing teams driving USCCA membership growth. You will own the acquisition P&L and manage the full channel mix for scalable growth with a focus on CPA targets and revenue impact.

Location in West Bend, WI with relocation assistance and potential hybrid scheduling. You will partner with creative, agencies, and our Contact Center to maximize conversions and member lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of digital marketing execution experience.
• Leadership in direct-to-consumer (DTC) / B2C brands.
• 5+ years in a leadership role within a mid-size or large organization.
• Experience with AI-driven marketing tools for personalization and analytics.

Responsibilities

• The acquisition P&L: plan, execute, and measure spend, CPA, and membership growth targets weekly to annually.
• Own full channel mix across paid, owned/organic, and earned media for scalable growth.
• Lead creative development and test-and-control optimization with partners.
• Manage digital media agencies, analytics projects, and partners to standards.
• Structure affiliate deals compliant with CAN-SPAM and TCPA.
• Integrate digital campaigns with a high-touch Contact Center to boost conversions.
• Grow and coach the digital marketing team to meet ambitious goals.
