Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metro (BGCP) seeks a seasoned Vice President of Development & Board Operations to lead fundraising systems, board engagement, and cross‑functional operations in a hybrid Portland setting. You will oversee Salesforce, donor data, reporting, and dashboards, coordinate board meetings, and support executive priorities while ensuring timely, accurate work.

The annual salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 with comprehensive benefits, reporting to the Chief Development

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in nonprofit development and fundraising.
• Advanced proficiency with CRM and Salesforce; reporting, data governance, forecasting, automation.
• Experience managing donor data, pipelines, and dashboards for decisions.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Experience coordinating Board operations and engagement.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication with executives and donors.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable in timely work.
• Strong commitment to BGCP’s mission and youth service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Salesforce administration, donor data integrity, dashboards, workflow automation, and lifecycle tracking.
• Strengthen donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, gift reporting, and timely acknowledgments.
• Prepare revenue pacing reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and scorecards for leaders and the Board.
• Coordinate calendars, campaigns, and stewardship activities to keep priorities on track.
• Support executives with scheduling, stakeholder meetings, and cross‑department projects.
• Organize Club tours and engagement opportunities for donors and partners.
• Maintain master calendar and essential administrative systems across BGCP.
