Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Portland Metro (BGCP) is seeking a Vice President of Development & Board Operations to lead fundraising systems, data, and board engagement. You will coordinate daily development operations, oversee donor data, and ensure timely reporting to inform leadership and the Board.

The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a hybrid Portland metro environment.

Qualifications

7–10 years in nonprofit development and fundraising.
Advanced proficiency with CRM and donor data systems, preferably Salesforce.
Experience managing donor data, fundraising pipelines, and dashboards.
Strong project management and organization skills.
Experience coordinating Board operations and engagement.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication.
Proactive with attention to detail and accountability.
Strong connection to BGCP’s mission.

Responsibilities

Oversee development operations and donor data management.
Maintain Salesforce administration, dashboards, reporting, and workflow automation.
Coordinate board meetings, resources, and engagement activities.
Support executive priorities and stakeholder relations across the organization.
Organize club tours and donor engagement activities.
Provide logistical support for signature events.
