Qualificações

• 10+ years of nonprofit development leadership.
• Proven major gifts track record.
• Experience leading capital or comprehensive campaigns.
• Ability to lead development and marketing teams.
• Strong collaboration with a Board.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a multi-year fundraising strategy and revenue goals.
• Manage a portfolio of high-capacity donors and gifts of $25,000+.
• Lead Development & Marketing staff and set performance expectations.
• Engage the Board and build external partnerships.
• Align marketing and storytelling with fundraising priorities.
