Job summary

Montage International seeks a senior leader to direct development services, capex and FF&E across luxury hotels and residences. You will guide capital budgeting, asset investment, and procurement strategy while ensuring design intent and brand standards.

You will partner with ownership, corporate operations, and property teams to optimize opening timelines and post-opening performance, traveling as needed to oversee multiple properties.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in luxury hospitality design with capital planning and rebranding experience.
• Deep knowledge of FF&E/OS&E across domestic and international projects.
• Ability to read drawings and coordinate across design disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Direct capital planning and FF&E strategy for Montage International assets.
• Lead procurement strategy and vendor negotiations for best value and quality.
• Oversee hotel openings, commissioning, and asset transition to operations.
