Job summary
Qualifications
- Minimum an associate degree or higher in Design, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Experience leading design/FF&E projects in luxury hospitality.
- Strong coordination with owners, operators, design teams, and vendors.
Responsibilities
- Direct DDS Capex and FF&E strategies across multiple properties.
- Oversee capital budgets, scopes, and schedules with leadership.
- Collaborate with Corporate Operations, Design, and Ownership.
- Mentor teams and ensure brand standards and design intent.
- Travel 25–75% as project load requires.
