Job summary

American Heart Association is seeking a Vice President, Development to drive fundraising success across Orange County, Inland Empire & Coachella Valley. The role leads a field-based team, cultivates donor and corporate relationships, and advances campaigns toward the goal of growing revenue from $3.3M to $5M.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in nonprofit or sales-driven org.
• Three or more years of staff management and development.
• Experience recruiting and activating executive-level volunteers.
• Proven revenue and performance achievement.
• Ability to translate strategy into measurable plans.
