You will ensure timely delivery, resource allocation, and budget control across multi-location programs.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math or related field.
• 15 years of experience in commercial construction and engineering contract management.
• Experience working with Director and VP level roles across multiple functions.
• Extensive experience in managing and delivering large-scale projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Development Engineering departments with operational/strategic focus.
• Oversee multi-location programs with HR, cost and budget accountability.
• Develop and implement organization-wide projects and strategies.
• Guide department policy, processes, and standards in line with business goals.
• Establish strategic direction and resource allocation for projects.
• Collaborate with Origination, Commercial and cross-functional teams.
