Job summary

Constellation Energy Generation, LLC. is seeking a Senior Development Manager in the United States to lead end-to-end development initiatives—repower, repurpose, acquisitions, and new products—driving value from concept to market readiness.

You will evaluate opportunities, manage complex projects, and partner with engineering, finance, and commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions while supporting executive decision-making and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or related degree.
• 10+ years of energy development, business development, project development, or related experience.
• Experience managing complex development opportunities through internal approval processes.
• Strong financial, commercial, and analytical skills including business case development.
• Proven ability to lead within a complex, matrixed, national organization.
• Experience creating process documentation, status reporting, decision materials, and executive-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development execution from concept through business approval and construction readiness.
• Evaluate market opportunities, technology applicability, and financial performance to advance initiatives.
• Use structured products, standardized services, and repeatable tools to accelerate delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, legal, M&A, and execution partners.
• Prepare, manage, and present investment business cases with financial modeling and risk analysis.
• Support acquisitions, joint ventures, and equity investments through due diligence and analysis.
• Evaluate emerging technologies including wind, solar, storage, hydrogen, and carbon capture.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership.
