Job summary

InspireCorps is seeking a strategic VP, Design & Delivery to unify design, delivery, brand experience, and client operations. You will own the end-to-end client journey and drive scalable processes, working closely with senior leaders to align standards and enable growth across engagements.

The role requires 10+ years in organizational development or related fields, with a track record of leading design and delivery functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in organizational development or related field with a track record of leading design and delivery.
• Expertise in instructional design principles and adult learning theory across complex programs.
• Experience scaling design, delivery, and consulting operations in a growing professional services firm.
• Significant facilitation experience with senior leaders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and integrating disciplines toward outcomes.
• Experience developing communities of facilitators and managing performance standards.
• Operational experience building scalable systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across design and delivery to ensure coherent client experiences.
• Own accountability for end-to-end client journey from proposal to post-engagement follow-up.
• Partner with POD Leaders to support strategically significant accounts.
• Lead cross-functional rhythm with key directors to align standards and commitments.
• Build long-term capability through leadership development and workforce planning.
• Define and execute the firm’s strategy for leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve quality and efficiency.
