Sodexo Live! Sports & Leisure North America seeks a client-facing Vice President of design and construction to provide strategic and operational leadership for designing, building, and maintaining Sodexo Live! facilities in close collaboration with our clients.

The role drives end-to-end capital projects from design through construction and opening, coordinating with Sodexo Live! and Sodexo teams to align budgets, timelines, and quality standards while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10 years of management experience.
• 10 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, construction, purchasing & capital development initiatives across Sodexo Live!.
• Direct end-to-end capital projects from design delivery to opening.
• Oversee financials, supply chain, and construction with support of Sodexo Live! and Sodexo functions.
• Ensure safety and quality construction processes and regulatory compliance across projects.
