Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a senior leader to oversee all aspects of facilities operations across complex environments. You will manage skilled trades, maintenance programs, staffing, safety and compliance, and you will influence strategy with internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence.

You will lead large teams, oversee construction planning and capital improvements, and ensure building performance while optimizing budgets and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of management experience.
• 5–7 years related facilities management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facilities operations, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and utilities.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, manage staffing, safety, and compliance.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to drive strategic improvements and operational excellence.
