Job summary

Arctic Wolf Networks, Inc. seeks a strategic Deputy CISO to lead Security Engineering, SecOps and GRC from its Pleasant Grove, UT office. You will shape strategy, drive risk governance, and ensure audit readiness while influencing executive decisions and customer relations.

The role requires deep GRC, regulatory framework expertise, and a proven ability to build cross‑functional partnerships with Legal, Privacy, and the CISO. On-site work is required in Utah’s Pleasant Grove campus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in information security with leadership in multiple domains.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001 and regulatory audits.

Responsibilities

• Direct security engineering, SecOps, and GRC functions under CISO.
• Set strategy, budget, and priorities across security programs.
• Oversee risk management, audit readiness, and third‑party risk.
• Represent security posture to executives, board, and customers.
