Job summary

Arctic Wolf is seeking a strategic Deputy Chief Information Security Officer to lead Security Engineering, SecOps and GRC. Reporting to the CISO, this role combines executive leadership with hands-on governance and risk management to protect the enterprise.

The position is based in our Pleasant Grove, Utah office with no remote option at this time. You will set strategy, manage budgets, oversee audits, and report security metrics to the board and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of GRC frameworks.
• Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701.
• Executive-level relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Direct/manage Security Engineering, SecOps, and GRC.
• Set strategy across security engineering, SecOps, and GRC.
• Oversee governance framework and audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, NIST).
• Manage budgets and risk programs; report to executive leadership.
