Job summary

ThinKom Solutions in Hawthorne, CA, seeks an Executive Director to lead sales strategies and execution in Gateway and Defense Satcom markets. You will drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and expand the business with airlines, satellite operators, and DoD partners.

You will oversee end-to-end sales cycles, identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and cultivate executive relationships with commercial and defense customers.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in sales/business development in US military/satcom or aerospace/defense.
• Proven track record with key decision-makers and influencers.
• Must be eligible to obtain/maintain a US DoD security clearance (US Citizenship or Green Card).

Responsibilities

• Lead GDS sales strategy and execute marketing objectives with senior leadership.
• Identify, target, and close opportunities across airlines, satellite operators, DoD offices, and prime contractors.
• Manage negotiations, assess market dynamics, and drive successful deal closures.
• Identify strategic partners for collaboration on GDS product lines and opportunities.
