Razorfish, Inc. is seeking a strategic VP to lead measurement and analytics across a portfolio of Razorfish media clients.

This role directs a team of data practitioners delivering measurement strategy, testing, reporting, and insights, partnering with capability leads and acting as a trusted advisor to clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in media analytics, strong executive communication, and a proven ability to influence stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 9–11+ years of experience in media analytics, digital analytics, or marketing analytics.
• Agency experience in media or digital is highly desirable.
• Mastery of paid media measurement approaches, tools, and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of ETL, data transformation, automation, and pipeline architecture.
• Excellent communication and storytelling with executive-level clients.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring staff.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account leadership to draft scopes of work, outline deliverables, and design staff plans
• Lead and ensure high‑quality outputs across measurement planning, data strategy, reporting automation & dashboarding, and insights
• Own executive‑level presentations in partnership with other discipline leads – inclusive of quarterly business reviews, proposals, annual strategies
• Participate in new business proposals and presentations as a data science & analytics lead, owning data strategy & measurement related content
• Contribute to the media Data Science & Analytics practice, including thought leadership, and toolkit & vendor assessments
• Line management of other team members including coaching, mentorship, and output quality assurance
