You will drive project delivery, develop metrics, and support regulatory compliance, shaping the firm’s data governance strategy. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with five years of relevant experience in data risk management or data protection
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups; experience with data integration tools for analysis and automation
• Proficient with project management tools and presentation skills (Word/PowerPoint)
• Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools
• Experience in Agile environment coordinating with business and technology teams

Responsibilities

• Define and drive project requirements and milestones for data protection initiatives.
• Deliver on key requirements and deliverables.
• Report progress of regulatory programs to senior management and propose actionable recommendations.
• Create presentations and updates for senior leadership.
• Lead workstream meetings; track actions and minutes.
• Use Excel and analytics tools to extract insights for governance and decision-making.
• Collaborate with business lines and corporate functions to define data protection and access solutions.
• Monitor enterprise-wide data protection projects; escalate issues as needed.
• Leverage Qlik/Tableau and Alteryx to visualize data and build workflows.
