Job summary

Compass in Boston is seeking a Vice President of Data Products & Solutions to lead a transformative, end-to-end data initiative. You will own the product vision, strategy, and P&L across internal enablement tools for FP&A, recruiting, and operations, and external data products including API pipelines for institutions and proprietary AI datasets.

You will build and mentor a world-class team, instill a Data as a Product operating model, and drive EBITDA growth while maintaining a strict data

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a VP or executive role leading a data product organization.
• Fluency in modern data stack architecture and API design.

Responsibilities

• Own the full product vision, strategy, and P&L across internal enablement and external commercial data products.
• Lead a world-class team of product managers and data product leaders.
• Drive EBITDA contribution and external revenue through monetized data assets and API pipelines.
• Advocate a Data as a Product operating model with strong unit economics and cost discipline.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and BU leadership to embed data products into critical decisions.
