Job summary

JPMorgan Chase seeks a senior data product leader to shape and drive the Home Lending Originations data strategy end-to-end, aligning executives and cross-functional partners to deliver trusted, governed data products that enhance the Chase customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in data-focused roles with leadership partnering across product and technology.
• Ability to lead delivery across multiple workstreams with competing timelines, dependencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong command of product/business data and processes, focusing on customer outcomes, measurable value, and risk reduction.
• Familiarity with data management, governance, big data platforms, and data architecture; SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Own data product strategy and outcomes for Home Lending Originations aligned to strategic objectives.
• Define critical data elements, ownership, domain scope, lifecycle expectations, and decision forums.
• Translate complex needs into executable data requirements with lineage, metadata, and usage rules.
• Drive analytics enablement and ensure data products support reporting and advanced analytics.
• Set data quality standards, acceptance criteria, monitoring, and remediation as a product feature.
• Lead cross-team delivery, remove blockers, and manage dependencies across partners.
• Own governance, risk, and compliance outcomes for the domain.
• Influence senior leaders on tradeoffs, investment sequencing, and prioritization.
• Define KPIs, track milestones, and drive continuous improvement.
