Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Data Product Manager for the Firmwide Financial Control (FFC) team in the U.S. to safeguard integrity of books and records and define the global target platform strategy. You will collaborate with Transformation Team to deliver data models and scalable solutions for FFC operations.

The role emphasizes data governance, architecture, and cross-functional partnership across risk/control partners, analytics, and engineering to enable trusted data products worldwide.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data product management or related roles within financial services or regulated industry.
• Experience delivering outcomes across multi-stakeholder workstreams with intake, prioritization and progress reporting.
• Knowledge of modern data architecture concepts, data modeling, batch/streaming, APIs, data contracts.
• Strong command of data governance, KDE cataloging, data quality controls, and security/access controls.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytics tooling; comfortable handling large datasets for validation and reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, translating between technical and business perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to drive product discovery and gather/refine requirements; enable adoption through clear communications.
• Own and maintain a user-centric roadmap and prioritized backlog; sequence capabilities to deliver on shared priorities.
• Translate data operations needs into clear product scope and acceptance criteria across the SDLC.
• Ensure data is structured for scale; support data sourcing, modeling, and data contracts.
• Define, implement, and publish data quality rules and controls within the product.
• Contribute to AI/ML enablement by positioning data to be AI-ready and supporting analytics capabilities.
