Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President-level Product Manager to lead a portfolio of finance automation initiatives across Consumer and Community Banking.

You will partner with Controllers, Treasury Analytics, and Technology to translate business challenges into practical product opportunities grounded in user needs and measurable value. Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management, finance transformation, financial reporting, business analysis, data and analytics or related roles.
• Experience owning product roadmaps, prioritization, and backlog management.
• Ability to translate complex business challenges into clear product requirements and stories.
• Experience delivering products in an agile environment with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop business cases and success measures including productivity and control improvements.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and refine the product roadmap with milestones, dependencies, and delivery progress.
• Partner with Finance, Controllers, Treasury, Product, Technology, Design, and Data stakeholders.
• Lead discovery and define requirements translating insights into prioritized plans and delivery-ready specs.
• Prioritize roadmap and backlog based on value, feasibility, risk, and alignment.
• Communicate the art of the possible to senior finance management about automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Collaborate with technology and analytics teams to drive delivery and manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive adoption and measure outcomes by embedding capabilities into business processes.
