Job summary

State Street Corporation is seeking a Vice President to lead Multi-Basis Accounting Data and PAM SaaS initiatives within Global Delivery Data Operations. The role focuses on delivering sophisticated data solutions, coordinating with technology and product partners, and guiding a team to achieve strategic data goals.

The ideal candidate brings deep accounting data knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience managing contributors in a client-facing, global setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Data Analysis skills including SQL, Power BI, visualization tools.
• 12+ years of experience in Accounting including Multi-Basis Accounting Data, data analysis, operations, or product management.

Responsibilities

• Establish partnerships with internal stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Product and E2E architecture.
• Client-facing role with oversight of data delivery reporting.
• Act as liaison between business and technology to support product demand opportunities.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of front-to-back investment management and data requirements.
• Define connections between business goals, data investments, and technology solutions.
• Communicate recommendations to management through clear written and oral presentations.
• Assist with pricing strategies and product policies.
