Who are we looking for?

State Street Global Delivery Data Operations team is seeking a versatile individual in a Vice President role specializing in Multi-Basis Accounting Data or PAM® SaaS and Multi-Basis Accounting Data, with strong data analysis and deep technical skills to lead the support of services and offerings across Global Delivery. This qualified individual will lead data delivery initiatives, provide data and business solutions, and will collaborate with technology and product partners. This leader will be expected to manage a team of contributors, build relationships, and collaborate with both business and technology stakeholders in order to contribute to the timely execution of long‑term strategic plans for building out sophisticated data solutions.

• Establish strong partnerships with internal stakeholders in Operations, Technology, Product and E2E architecture teams to influence and coordinate cross‑functional business data solutions and products, in support of client and business goals.
• Client facing role with oversight of reporting on data delivery methods
• Act as a liaison between business and technology teams to support product demand opportunities as part of data strategy.
• Possess strong knowledge of front-to-back Investment management/Investment services with focus on user data requirements.
• Work with business and technology partners to establish clear connections between business goals, strategies, and the data and technology investments required to achieve them
• Communicates recommendations to management/senior business leaders through effective written and oral communication.
• Assist with pricing strategies and product policies

What we value?

• Strong Technical skills with a background in Accounting specifically Multi‑Basis Accounting Data or PAM® SaaS and Multi‑Basis Accounting Data
• Skills and/or experience working with multi‑asset class, multi‑book (ABOR / IBOR) and multi‑basis (GAAP/IFRS/STAT/TAX) accounting data for institutional asset owners, asset managers, official institutions, insurers.
• Strategic thinker with strong business analysis and planning skills. Capable of identifying and interpreting wider‑ranging issues: ‘Big picture’ understanding.
• Creation of data and business process flows and defining the business problem, solution, and design using various tools.
• Proven experience with business requirements analysis to meet critical business needs, must display an ability to drive tasks through to completion.
• Experience with design and optimization of user experience across different interfaces to maximize engagement and adoption
• Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Product Owner role experience using Agile Methodologies.
• Proven related financial services experience. Good understanding of State Street businesses.
• Demonstrate understanding of Insurance services, Data Operations, processes and procedures with an ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, facilitation, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office Products; MS Access, Visio; Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint. - Demonstrated excellence in business writing, development of business process flow diagrams, making comparisons regarding current and future processes, and effective communication.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, MIS, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
• Data Analysis technical skills including MYSS, SQL, Data Visualization tools, Power BI, etc.
• 12+ years of experience in Accounting including Multi‑Basis Accounting Data, data analysis, Operations, or Product management.
• Experience managing individual contributors

Salary Range

$110,000 - $181,250 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
