Job summary

State Street is seeking a leader for the ADS Analytics team to shape Risk & Performance Ready Data. You will drive interoperability with 3rd party risk vendors, OMS and platform components, while partnering with Alpha Product and Global Delivery to deliver robust data services.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in data management with a strong background in financial data domains and front/middle/back office workflows, plus CFA qualifications.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science, data management or a related financial services field.
• CFA qualifications or equivalent credential preferred.
• 15+ years in data management, product and market data roles.
• Good knowledge of Axioma/MSCI/Factset/BBG Port (Port) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and commercialize a service model for Risk & Performance Ready Data interoperable with 3rd party risk vendors and data providers.
• Develop and implement client servicing model with Alpha Product and Global Delivery.
• Build an operating model to integrate the Alpha platform with risk, performance and analytics.
• Engage with Alpha solutioning teams and clients to design and implement control framework.
• Collaborate with sales to create client awareness and revenue opportunities.
• Oversee daily operations of client servicing teams to meet SLA & KPIs.
• Identify enhancements to improve monitoring and triage of issues.
