Job summary

Auction.com in Irvine, CA seeks a visionary VP of Data Intake Operations to lead data intake, governance and quality for Auction Readiness. You will own the operating model, standards, and tech strategy including AI, ensuring accurate, complete data across listings and platforms.

You will build and mentor the team, partner with Technology and Salesforce, and drive scalable data processes. The role expands to enterprise data capability, sourcing data such as photos and pricing while ensuring

• Experience leading data intake, data management and data quality programs.
• Ability to design scalable governance, standards and SOPs.
• Experience collaborating with Salesforce and tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data intake, validation, enrichment and quality for Auction Readiness.
• Lead Managers and teams; ensure training and role clarity.
• Design scalable data processes and governance; monitor quality.
• Partner with Technology and Salesforce to improve data flow.
• Identify data sources including photos, pricing and auction information.
