Job summary

Inovalon is seeking a Data Governance & AI Strategy Advisor to lead the Foundation of our revenue operations data. This role acts as internal Product Owner for our commercial AI strategy and data architecture, focusing on eliminating friction in the sales process to boost bookings and revenue growth.

The incumbent will govern data across Salesforce and connected systems, build an AI-ready data state, and steer vendor relationships to keep our tech stack cutting-edge and aligned with business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership spanning Revenue/Sales Operations, Enterprise Data Architecture, GTM Systems Strategy.
• Proven ability to design and implement enterprise-wide Data Governance programs.
• Strong product management background for internal tech stack roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise data architecture overhaul and governance across revenue systems.
• Own AI strategy and internal product roadmap for revenue tools and AI deployments.
• Manage vendor ecosystem for AI and data technologies.
• Design rep-centric workflows and Salesforce optimization to reduce friction and increase selling time.
